Receive a customized run training program with specifics of duration, warm up, cool down, intensity and terrain prescribed.

The Run Coaching Package includes:

  • Assigned HR and pace zones through testing
  • Strength and drill videos
  • Goal setting and race planning
  • Nutritional guidelines for training and race day
  • Communication with your coach as needed through email or phone
  • Ongoing workout feedback/review
  • Post-race evaluation of performance
  • Ongoing mental training homework/tips focusing on your 'A' races
  • Coached team track workouts
  • Weekend team runs as scheduled on the team calendar

Requirement: Minimum 3-6 month commitment encouraged based on experience and peak 'A' races on your plan.
