Zac Kieffer, USAT-Certified Triathlon Coach


Zac Kieffer was born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, where he grew up playing team sports with a focus on soccer. After playing soccer in college and becoming a CPA, he was ready for a new goal when he made a bet to complete in an Ironman in under 10 hours. Upon completing his first sprint triathlon in 2009, he set his sights on his first Ironman, which he finished in 2010 with a time of 11:15. Zac was hooked on a new competitive outlet and has completed four Ironman and five 70.3 events, including the 70.3 and Ironman World Championships, as well as many other local events.

Outside of training and racing, Zac enjoys spending relaxed nights and weekends with his wife and dog as well as counting beans. He is excited to be on the TNM coaching team and is a USAT Level I certified coach. As a coach, Zac believes one needs to enjoy their training to see results and continue to enjoy the multisport lifestyle. With the support of the amazing TNM coaches and teammates, Zac will help athletes reach for their greatest potential and enjoy the multisport way of life. Zac believes that with the right mindset and belief you will succeed, and that anyone’s goals and dreams can be attained.
