Group workouts are led by certified coaches. Workouts typically include a track exercise involving speedwork or a tempo run and a longer distance group run each week. The locations of each run workout can be found on our group team calendar.
Our Running Team Membership includes:
- All outdoor group run training sessions (workouts are posted on our team calendar) where 1-2 coaches are present and instruct all team workouts
- Access to strength, core, and drill videos
- A monthly 15 minute scheduled phone consultation with a TNM coach (athlete initiated, appointment required)
- A Basic Training Peaks account
- Early registration to camps, clinics, and indoor workouts
- Team forum access
- Discounts on products, services, and sponsor deals
$250 annual fee (to be renewed yearly during the month of the initial sign up).
