On July 23-July 25, TN Multisport will be headed to Penticton to take on the Ironman Canada Course. The camp will be led by TNM coaches who will be providing tips, strategies, and helpful guidelines to assist in your Ironman journey. Over the course of the weekend, athletes will be riding the entire bike course, becoming familiar with the flats out to Osyoos, the climb up legendary Richter Pass, the rollers headed towards the out and back, and finally the epic Tour De France-like Yellow Lake climb.
Athletes will also practice race day nutrition, as well as practicing grabbing bottles at aid stations and rolling through special needs while still biking. Day two will be spent swimming in Lake Okanagan and running a majority of the run course into OK Falls, the exact turn around for IM Canada. All of the camp workouts will be fully supported with fantastic products provided by Powerbar.
This training camp is a great way to become mentally and physically prepared for race day, as well as a great time to ride and run along with friends. Space is limited to 25 athletes, with only 4 spots still available. For information and to sign up for the training weekend, please contact Mark Webb at firstname.lastname@example.org.
