The triathlon season may be winding down, but that doesn’t mean you can’t stay fit in the offseason! One great way to stay in shape (and have fun while doing it) is to train for some running races in the fall and winter. TN Multisports is offering a 5k Training Program for both new 5k runners and seasoned athletes alike. Whether your goal is to conquer your first ever 5k distance or shave some serious time off your PR, we’ll put together a fantastic training program catered specifically for you!
Throughout the next several months, TN Multisports will be participating in various 5ks and would love to see you there, too! The 5k Training Program includes heart rate guidance, help establishing run zones, steady, progressive training that includes speed work and drills, and organized runs to get you faster than ever before.
